As an undergraduate, you will assist our team in building long-lasting relationships with our clients, strategic partners, local community, and ultimately, in becoming the future leaders within the audit profession.
We are extremely dedicated to supporting pathways into the audit profession and providing students and graduates with access to a local firm for mentorship, workplace experience, and varied career opportunities.
Our undergraduate program provides students with practical on-the-job training while completing their university degree, and best of all, you get paid to do it!
Eligibility Criteria:
- Are enrolled (year 1 or year 2) or seeking enrolment in an approved accounting degree;
- Have an inquisitive mind and genuine interest in pursuing a career in audit;
- Enjoy problem solving and understanding how things work; and
- Thrive in a positive and collaborative team environment.
Our Perks
Sign-on bonus of $1,000
Receive $500 upon commencement of your employment and a further $500 upon completion of the probationary period.
Part-Time & Full-time Opportunities
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours while you undertake your studies.
Textbook Reimbursement

Audit Subject Reimbursement
100% reimbursement of your ‘ACC395 – Risk Based Audit & Assurance’ course costs upon the successful completion of the subject.
Work Placement Subject Flexibility
Complete the mandatory ‘ACC275 – Professional Practice in Accounting’ subject with National Audits Group.
Generous Study Leave
Receive an additional 12 days of ‘study leave’ per year on a pro-rata basis to assist with your studies.
Flexible Working Arrangements
Complete your core hours between 7am – 7pm, accrue up to 2-days per month in Flex Leave, and work in a hybrid office environment.
Community Leave
Receive an additional 4 hours of paid ‘community leave’ on a pro-rata basis to attend networking and other community-based events.

- Have completed their Bachelor of Accounting Degree (or similar degree);
- Have an inquisitive mind and genuine interest in pursuing a career in audit;
- Enjoy problem solving and understanding how things work; and
- Thrive in a positive and collaborative team environment.
