Shyne embarked on her professional journey as an Audit Associate within one of the distinguished Big 4 firms, an acclaimed cornerstone of the Philippine auditing landscape. In this capacity, she adeptly managed a diverse clientele hailing from an array of industries such as manufacturing, real estate, retail, education, and publicly listed corporations. Her tenure saw her swift ascent to the role of Senior Auditor in a mere two years, during which she capably oversaw teams while spearheading comprehensive end-to-end audit ventures.

After an enriching span of nearly three years in the realm of external audit, Shyne orchestrated a strategic pivot into the realm of internal audit. Here, she forged a pioneering path by establishing the Internal Audit Department for another prominent Philippine enterprise. This transition not only broadened her skill set but also granted her the opportunity to augment her external audit proficiency. This was evident in her involvement in project-driven assignments, where she contributed as an offshore Senior Auditor for a distinguished U.S.-based accounting firm.

Fueled by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a fervent desire to fortify her expertise in the sphere of external audit, Shyne embraced a new chapter by joining NAG in May of 2023.
