Sheena commenced her career as a Student Teacher/Intern for a secondary school in the Philippines, after completing her Bachelor of Secondary Education. In 2022, Sheena transitioned her career path into Administration and commenced with NAG as the Client Services Officer.
Utilising her skills from teaching, together with those she gained as a call center outbound representative, namely data encoding and email support, Sheena has cemented herself as an integral part of the SMSF team.
Sheena’s experience and knowledge continues to grow as she is refining and developing her strong communication and client relationship skills.
