Director

Stephen has more than 20 years’ experience as a qualified finance professional, working in public practice accounting and taxation, local government finance, and has managed large businesses with turnover in excess of $380 million.

Danielle Nye

Director

Danielle commenced her professional career in audit in 2010 and has since gained superior technical knowledge in the standards, laws and regulations that govern our client base, which ranges from small charitable organisations to large proprietary companies.

Senior Audit Manager

Chang has a diverse range of client experience with entities ranging from small to large reporting public companies. These include subsidiaries of foreign owned companies; not-for-profit organisations including the education, health and aged care sectors; registered clubs and local government.

Craig Richardson

Internal Audit & Management Consultant

With over 30 years’ experience in Local Government in rural and regional Councils including 15 years with the City of Wagga Wagga and 6 years with Temora Shire Council, Craig is well equipped to offer high quality audit, assurance and advisory services across this sector.

Gansen Pappiah

Associate Director

Diligent and highly knowledgeable, Gansen brings his SMSF Audit experience, and over 20 years’ business management experience to the fore.

Audit Manager

With over 45 years’ experience in accounting and auditing, Graeme’s knowledge and capabilities are well established, matching his education and impressive list of accreditations.

James Song

SMSF Audit Manager

James has over 17 years audit experience working for major second-tier accounting firms. He joined National Audits Group in 2014.

Kate Grimson

Audit Manager

Since commencing employment at National Audits Group in 2016, Kate has gained experience and knowledge in a wide range of audit and compliance engagements in various industries, such as Not-for-Profit entities including registered clubs, associations and more.

Matthew Knox

Audit Manager

Matthew joined National Audits Group in 2007 and has over 15 years' experience in providing audit and assurance services for a broad range of entities across a variety of industries.

Miyo Cortez

Assistant Audit Manager

In 2014, Miyo started her career as an audit associate in the Philippines and was soon promoted to a senior associate position. During this time, she coached and reviewed the work of her junior staff prior to gaining an opportunity to assist in offshore offices in Australia and Singapore.

Nathan Eid

SMSF Audit Manager

Nathan has over 8 years’ experience working within the audit profession for multiple mid-tier firms. Having joined National Audits Group in 2021, he has had exposure to various external audits, with a specific interest in SMSF audits.

Nicholas Kannan

Assistant Audit Manager

Nicholas has over 7 years’ experience in providing audit and assurance. His client experience includes a wide range of industries from small and large private companies, public companies (limited by guarantee and by shares), small to large ACNC entities, incorporated and unincorporated associations.

Phil Swaffield

Assurance and Advisory Manager

Phil has over 20 years’ experience working within Local Government including General Purpose and Water County Councils.

Bobby Varghese

External Auditor

Embarking on his auditing career with NAG in 2022, Bobby has worked in areas such as procurement, administration and workforce management both in the private and public sector. Bobby also obtained his Master of Professional Accounting and is currently undertaking his CPA.

Cheryl Sumady

Auditor

Upon completing university, Cheryl embarked on her journey as an External Auditor with National Audits Group. Leveraging the experience she gained in the education sector during her studies and her financial knowledge, she strives to create value for organisations.

Cut Sanny Fajarini

Auditor

After graduating university with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance together with a Bachelor of Economics, Sanny commences her career with National Audits Group as an External Auditor.

Carlo Estefanio

External Auditor

A former Senior Assurance Associate of an accounting firm in the Philippines, Carlo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy followed by his Certified Public Accountant certificate with years of work experience in delivering assurance engagements.

Dharmesh Gohel

External Auditor

Dharmesh was raised in a business environment and at a very young age gained a profound understanding of business operations. Following graduation, Dharmesh joined NAG and began his career as an external auditor. Dharmesh, quickly adapted to NAG’s workflows and has gained a strong understanding of audit processes.

Emerson McLaren

Audit Trainee

Graduating from the Riverina Anglican College in 2021, fresh out of school, Emerson joined NAG in 2022. Emerson’s fresh outlook and drive to learn has seen him quickly progress his audit abilities. His current areas of experience focus on trust accounts and outgoings in the external audit business unit.

Jane Prasit

Auditor

After commencing and establishing her career within her family business, Jane commenced her studies and transitioned to a local accounting firm in Wagga Wagga, with the view to gain a better understanding of the profession.

Kristine Jay Anodon

SMSF Auditor

Kristine joined the National Audits Group team in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in both accounting and audit. Kristine commenced her career as a credit analyst in a beverage company located in the Philippines.

Laisa Bartolo

SMSF Auditor

Laisa commenced her audit career upon completion of her licensure exam in public accounting in 2017 in her home country of the Philippines. With a continued desire to learn more, in 2021, she commenced bookkeeping and tax accounting and joined NAG in 2022 in the SMSF business unit.

Natasha Zulharmen

Auditor

Originally from Indonesia, Natasha relocated to Melbourne to continue her studies and commence her career. Natasha joined National Audits Group in 2019 in our external audit business unit.

Nicole Marlow

Auditor

Nicole commenced her career in administration, where she trained numerous colleagues in the use of Local Government Documentation Systems and Administration processes. Following approximately 14 years in Local Government, she transitioned to the Department of Defence.

Sharmaine Duran

SMSF Auditor

Completing her Accounting Technology degree in the Philippines in 2016, Sharmaine started her career in Manila, gaining experience in the general assurance cluster for different territories.

Stephanie Cheney

External Auditor

Embarking on her career in audit whilst completing her Bachelor degree, Stephanie joined National Audits Group in 2022. She found her passion in the External Audit business unit, being able to utilise the technical knowledge she gained with her degree throughout her audits.

William McConnell

SMSF Auditor

With many years of bookkeeping and administration experience and almost 2 years audit experience mostly in SMSF, William joined the National Audits Group team in 2022.

Bobbie-Jo Mitchell

Business Manager

Commencing her career in the tax profession, Bobbie-Jo quickly rose through the ranks in local accounting firms in both Wagga Wagga and Newcastle, training junior staff members and gaining her own portfolio of clients.

Lauren Esparson

Client Operations Manager

Following extensive experience working in administration roles, predominantly in the public sector, Lauren joined the NAG team in 2022. Lauren’s broad knowledge of ATO Employer Obligations has provided her with a solid understanding of our business needs.

Sheena Dela Cruz

SMSF Administration

In 2022, Sheena transitioned her career path into Administration and commenced with NAG as the SMSF Administration Officer. Utilising her skills from teaching, together with those she gained as a call center outbound representative, Sheena has cemented herself as an integral part of the SMSF team.
