Commencing her career in the tax profession, Bobbie-Jo quickly rose through the ranks in local accounting firms in both Wagga Wagga and Newcastle, training junior staff members and gaining her own portfolio of clients. After almost 10 years in the industry, she transitioned into the corporate world and assisted multiple companies with the implementation and establishment of their accounting software and financial controls.

In 2012, Bobbie-Jo commenced as a finance manager in the education sector, with the role evolving to a business management role in 2015. During her time in education, Bobbie-Jo was responsible for the financial management of a multi-million dollar budget and gained extensive knowledge in business management including human resource management and payroll, facilities & operations management and risk and compliance.

Bringing this expertise with her, Bobbie-Jo joined NAG in 2021, in the newly appointed business manager role. She endeavours to assist in the continued growth of the firm and building on its best practice reputation.
