On 1 July 2017, ‘Countplus National Audits’ changed its name to ‘National Audits Group’.
More than just a name change, this is due to the Directors’ Steven Watson and Stephen Prowse purchasing 100% of the shares in the Company from Countplus Limited (ASX Listed Entity).
We maintain a very strong relationship and strategic alliance with the Countplus Group and we will continue to provide independent audit and assurance services to Countplus and their member accounting firms across Australia.
The purchase of the business required a significant amount of systematic changes and implementation, and various changes to the way we operate. This in turn, has allowed us to implement system improvements, resulting in greater efficiency and quality improvements for our team and clients.
Our future strategy focuses on our Teams, Clients, Relationships, and Systems. Over the coming year and beyond, we will continue to strive to provide the highest level of excellence in our client services, and continue to grow our strategic alliances with other like-minded accounting and audit firms across Australia.
