Lyza Dianne Hernandez

Lyza Dianne Hernandez leads the Audit Operations & Support function at National Audits Group, serving as the central point of coordination between clients, audit teams, and internal stakeholders. In this role, she is responsible for enhancing the client experience, supporting engagement delivery, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring audit engagements progress efficiently from proposal through to completion.

Prior to joining National Audits Group, Lyza built her career with EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) Philippines, where she held roles as both an Auditor and, most recently, a Senior Data Analyst. Her audit experience provided a strong foundation in assurance, financial reporting, risk assessment, and audit methodology, while her analytics background strengthened her expertise in data-driven decision-making, process optimisation, reporting, and business intelligence.

Drawing on her combined experience in audit, analytics, and operations, Lyza specialises in creating efficient workflows, improving client experiences, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. She is passionate about leveraging technology, data, and strong stakeholder relationships to support high-quality audit outcomes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
