Jilmer is an audit professional with a strong background in assurance and compliance, specialising in Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) and external audits. He began his professional career with KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co., where he developed a solid foundation in external audit procedures and gained exposure to diverse industries and clients. He later expanded his expertise in SMSF auditing through his role with TOA Global, contributing to end-to-end audit processes and assisting in the training and development of junior auditors. His earlier experience in local government accounting further strengthened his understanding of financial reporting and record management.
