Nicole commenced her career in administration, where she trained numerous colleagues in the use of Local Government Documentation Systems and Administration processes. Following approximately 14 years in Local Government, she transitioned to the Department of Defence where she undertook the payroll function, financial management and financial controls. During this time, Nicole gained a sound understanding of Government Policies and Procedures coupled with Compliance and Risk Management requirements.

In 2015, Nicole commenced as a Finance Officer within an Aboriginal entity, where she assisted in the financial management of a multi-million dollar budget and gained further knowledge and skills in payroll, financial management and risk and compliance.

With her commitment to the finance profession, Nicole joined NAG in March 2022, as an External Auditor, where she strives to implement her expertise and industry knowledge across all facets of her work.
